Season Premiere

Michelle Tells Tales took a brief spring hiatus but, thanks to its supporting fans (I got tired of hearing "you haven't updated your blog in awhile"), debuts today with its new summer season!

On the winter season finale, I had mono and it wasn't clear whether I would live or die. Well good news...I lived! It was touch and go there for about a month, but I made a full recovery. Let's catch you up on some of what's happened in my life since you last saw me:

I bought a condo, moved in and threw a happy 29th birthday/housewarming party

Celebrated Katie and Jason's engagement (I'm going to be a bridesmaid!)

Went to Vegas for Tonia's bachelorette party

Tommy came to town for Juliana's wedding and we goofed around

Was a bridesmaid at Juliana's wedding

Was a girl scout in Bay to Breakers

And that's not all...

As part of the new season, to keep things fresh and exciting, I've added a new member to the cast. Dan has been brought in as "the boyfriend." He's been around for about six months and in focus groups with friends and family, he has received favorable reviews. Let me introduce him to the rest of the audience:

Celebrated his (and his friend Clarke's) birthday with a toga party

I took him to Chico, showed him around town and we hung out at Bidwell Park

Went to Juliana and Matt's rehearsal dinner

He was my date to the wedding

He was the boy scout to my girl scout at Bay to Breakers


Spent Memorial Day Weekend in Monterey

You'll also notice that the format of Michelle Tells Tales has been revamped and an updated photo and new "gadgets" have been added. For your enjoyment, I'm featuring a "goose photo of the day" and "Einstein quote of the day" over in the right hand column. Why? Because they were two of the most totally random gadgets this blog offered and I figured...why not? Who doesn't like geese or Einstein? Check it out ---------------------------->
